Cakesicle Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 baked sheet cake. (It can be as simple as a box cake mix.)
- 1/3 cup frosting, plus more if desired
- 32 ounces melted white chocolate or melted white candy melts
Instructions
Cake Filling
- Bake cake according to recipe
- Crumble the cake
- Mix in the frosting
- Add small amounts of frosting until the texture is like a cakepop
Assembling the Cakesicle:
- Spoon 1 tablespoonful of white chocolate into one popsicle silicone
- Spread the chocolate in a thin layer on the bottom and sides of the mold
- Immediately insert and remove a popsicle stick into the silicone mold (to remove any chocolate from the area)
- Repeat steps 1-3 until all mold shells are filled
- Chill the mold (in refrigerator for chocolate and in freezer for candy melts)
- Chill for 3-5 minutes until the shell is hard
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoonful of the cake filling and press it into the mold (make sure to leave 1/16 of an inch of space at the top for the back of the shell)
- Repeat step 7 until all the molds are filled
- Spoon about a teaspoon of white chocolate over top and spread it out thin
- Remove any excess white chocolate
- Repeat steps 9-10 until all the molds are filled
- Chill until the chocolate layer is hard (3-5 minutes)
- Gently remove the cakesicles (removing the popsicle stick last)
- Decorate your cakesicles however your heart desires. You could drizzle more chocolate and add sprinkles or create a masterpiece cakesicle.
